Ogni anno dietro il LOW-L FEST c’è tutto un lavoro di testa e cuore che inizia il giorno dopo la fine dell’edizione precedente. È un anno pieno di idee, ansie, conquiste, delusioni e sorprese che alimenta ed unisce tutto il collettivo come solo in una realtà profondamente DIY può succedere.
Oggi il LOW-L FEST è pronto a rivelare la lineup completa dell’edizione 2025: allo Spazio 4.0 di Piacenza vi attende un totale di 27 band, di cui ben 12 provenienti da oltre confine e 8 in esclusiva per l’Italia, due palchi, distro, food truck e molto altro ancora per un appuntamento semplicemente imperdibile.
La lineup della sesta edizione del LOW-L FEST è sicuramente una delle più interessanti di sempre e conferma il percorso di crescita intrapreso negli ultimi anni dal festival piacentino, ormai punto fermo nel panorama dei festival alternativi italiani.
Un cartellone che attraversa l’intero spettro della scena alternativa contemporanea, spaziando tra generi, suoni e continenti: dalla sperimentazione degli House of Protection (USA) all’energia dei Trophy Eyes (AUS), passando per la furia live di Initiate (USA), BIB (USA) e Mil-Spec (CAN), fino alla carica grezza di VitaminX (NE), Rifle (UK) e Terminal Sleep (AUS).
E non finisce qui; il LOW-L FEST non dimentica certo le sue radici e ribadisce con forza la volontà di dare spazio e importanza alla scena underground italiana. Così, accanto ai grandi nomi esteri, troviamo la granitica presenza di Plakkaggio, La Crisi e Discomostro, la freschezza di Rescüe Cat e Megafauna, le esplorazioni post-hardcore de Le Sacerdotesse dell’Isola del Piacere, fino all’intimità acustica dei Menagramo solo per citare alcuni dei nomi presenti sul poster realizzato da Carlotta Mazzi su scatto di Nicole Fodritto, che diventa immediatamente manifesto di una tre giorni di sudore, urla e moshpit infuocato.

There’s a work of mind and heart behind LOW-L FEST every time, and it begins right after the previous edition ends.
It’s a year full of ideas, anxiety, achievements, delusions and surprises that feeds and unite the whole collective like only in a truly DIY environment can happen.
Today’s the day for LOW-L FEST to reveal the complete lineup of its 2025 edition: 27 bands, of which 12 coming from out of the Italian borders and 8 for a unique Italian show, two stages, food trucks, merch and much more is going to invade Spazio 4.0 in Piacenza for a can’t-be-missed event.
The lineup of the festival’s sixth edition is probably one of the most exciting ever, and remarks the growing trend the event followed to become a masterpiece between the Italian alternative festivals.
The board crosses the whole spectrum of today’s alternative scene, jumping between genres, sounds and continents: from the experimentations of House of Protection (USA), to the energy of Trophy Eyes (AUS), through the fury of Initiate (USA), BIB (USA), and Mil-Spec (CAN) until the raw power of VitaminX (NE), Rifle (UK) and Terminal Sleep (AUS). And there’s even more: LOW-L FEST doesn’t forget its roots at all and strongly remarks its will to give room to the Italian scene so, beside the cited foreign acts, we can find the granitic presence of Plakkaggio, La Crisi and Discomostro, the freshness of young bands like Rescüe Cat and Megafauna, the post-hardcore digressions of Le Sacerdotesse dell’Isola del Piacere until the acoustic intimacy of Menagramo, just for citing some of the artist on a poster from designer Carlotta Mazzi and photographer Nicole Fodritto that becomes an instant manifest for a summer of blood, sweat and ignited moshpit.
